Zoe Saldana is the child of Asalia Saldana and Aridio Nazario. Zoe was born in Passaic (New Jersey) on June 19th, 1978. Her mother and father are both Puerto Ricans. Her parents raised her in Queens, New York. She and her family moved from Queens in New York and to the Dominican Republic when she was 10, and lived there for seven years.
